Build a clear item description
Take an overall photograph, close-ups of the controls and a readable picture of the model label. State the brand, model, approximate age if known and current working condition. Include scratches, leaks, error messages or missing accessories honestly. For several appliances, prepare a separate description for each so the enquiry does not depend on one distant photograph of a room.
Explain access and your moving plans
Share your Dubai neighbourhood, the floor and whether a suitable lift is available. Mention stairs, restricted parking, building approvals or collection windows that could affect an arrangement. If you have a moving deadline, include it early. Wait for an agreed appointment before booking building access or arranging help; an enquiry alone does not establish a collection time or acceptance of the appliance.
Agree terms before preparing for removal
Confirm any assessment, final price, payment method, timing and collection responsibilities directly. Empty personal items from appliances and follow the manufacturer's transport guidance. Do not attempt gas disconnection or complex electrical work yourself. Ask who will handle safe disconnection and whether qualified help is required. Keep the agreed details in writing, including any charges, before preparing the appliance for collection.
